Welcome to your driving journey. To ensure a smooth, professional, and consistent experience for all learners, please take a moment to review the following arrangements and service standards.
Lesson Scheduling & Availability:
Lessons are structured around set blocks to ensure punctuality for every student. Please note that if a booking is made outside these specific windows, it will be adjusted to the nearest available slot.
School Term-Time (Weekdays):
Morning: 9:30 AM
Midday: 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 4:00 PM
Evening: 6:30 PM
Non-Term Time (School Holidays & Weekends):
Non-Term Time (School Holidays & Weekends):
Lessons typically start earlier during these periods:
8:00 AM | 10:30 AM | 1:00 PM | 3:30 PM | 6:00 PM
Cancellations & Punctuality
Notice Period:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals:
I will message you upon arrival. If there is no response or appearance within 15 minutes, the lesson will be marked as a “Did Not Attend” (DNA), and the fee will be forfeited.
Student Delays:
If you are running late but wish to proceed, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. For example, a 30-minute delay will result in a 90-minute practical lesson.
Instructor Delays:
If I am delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible. You will always receive your full 2-hour lesson time, or the remaining time will be credited to a future session.
Service Areas & Logistics:
I offer flexible pick-up and drop-off points (e.g., work, college, or home) provided they fall within my covered postcodes: NN10, NN9, MK41, or the immediate surrounding areas. This ensures I can remain on schedule for subsequent learners.
Test Readiness & Vehicle Use;
Your success and safety are my priorities.
Consultation: Please consult with me before booking your practical driving test to ensure vehicle availability.
Instructor Approval:
I reserve the right to withhold the use of my tuition vehicle for a test if I deem a student is not yet “test-ready.” This policy maintains high safety standards and protects my professional performance record.
Health & Safety:
To protect the health of all students and maintain a clean learning environment:
Illness Disclosure: You must inform me if you are suffering from contagious symptoms (e.g., Cold/Flu, Norovirus, or COVID-19).
Rescheduling: Lessons will be postponed if you are unwell. To ensure a full recovery and prevent the spread of illness, lessons may only resume once you have been symptom-free for a period of up to two weeks, depending on the nature of the illness.
